April 24, 2011


Robert is "no carb'ing it" . . . so he decided he wanted to cook a brisket today. It didn't turn out too well, it was kinda dry and tough, but I cooked a pork loin as a back up. I made corn casserole, baked beans and corn bread to go with it. I'm stuffed!
