At 10:00 my friend Shari and her daughter Courtney (I work with both of them), came over and took a bunch of stuff off my hands so I wouldn't have to pack it. Yeahhhhh!! The top shelf in both pictures was loaded to the ceiling with purses. (I did keep about a dozen purses, but they are in bags on the floor). They took about 2 dozen purses?? And probably a dozen pairs of shoes?
Also gave them . . . Bathroom stuff from the guest bath, a steam mop, a huge stack of magazines that I'll never read, apple kitchen stuff for Shari's other daughter, and anything else I could find to give them.
Robert worked on the garage today. He packed up everything, took everything off the walls, painted, and cleaned everything. I packed the living room and kitchen. Here's the boxes packed from the kitchen . . .
I think I added 2 more boxes after I took this picture. I've packed up everything except the food in the pantry. Just left us one skillet, one pot, silverware, a couple of tupperware bowls, and some paper plates.
At 4:00, the lawn guy showed up. He's still out there working now, and will probably have to come back tomorrow. He's doing a fantastic job trimming all the [friggin'] hedges!!
I need a weekend to rest from my weekend!! Only 2 more weeks and we'll be OUTTA here!! Or sooner??
