Time to get serious again. I HAD lost about 75 lbs since my divorce, and over the last couple months gained 25 back. LOTS of excuses . . . medical procedures, hormone issues, the holidays, busy at work, but mostly just bein' lazy and eatin too much. Did a mile this morning, and just finished 3 miles tonight. That's the plan for every day . . .

That's GREAT! I lost 20lbs last summer and NEED to get back on the treadmill...I haven't done a thing (I stopped at Christmas and haven't started back). I had plans but I keep putting it off..
